the year ahead...
Yeah, it's indeed a fresh start for learning. That's what Fabio and I preached on last sunday, and I really am into the thought that the new year brings up so many fresh possibilities.
Some of course, are based on long-time dreams, and others are totally new thoughts and recent musings.
For me, it brings up the wonderings on whether this will be the year when our family gets to buy a house and do to it whatever we will, or is this the year that I'll start my own t-shirt design business or have freelance jobs in order to support my other artistic endeavors like photography, sculpture and painting?
Maybe all, or some or none of those will happen in 2006.
Maybe all that will happen is that I will learn a bit more about how to be a good mom, pray a little harder, write a bit more in my journal, and budget my time and money a bit more carefully.
Either way, the beginning of an year brings so much which is up for grabs, that I'm so thankful we have it as a marker.
I do hope that...

Happy new year to you, Fab and the kids. My new years resolutions include not singing Karaoke in 2006, no speeding tickets added to my record and one other thing which I can't remember right now! Good luck.
